RETURN POLICY

All new, non custom ordered can be returned for exchange or store credit. The item must have the original box and tags on it. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

All returns must first be approved by Gallery NF. All requests for return/exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original date of delivery by emailing info@GalleryNF.com

GalleryNF reserves the right to deny requests if the reasons for exchanges/returns or condition of the items does not meet our return policy requirements. 

 

ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE

Antique and vintage items are sold "AS IS" and we do not accept returns on these items. We would be happy to discuss and disclose as much information and history on these items as possible, so please inquire directly with us prior to purchasing.

 

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS

All special or custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on special or custom orders. Special or custom orders cancelled prior to delivery will forfeit a 50% non refundable deposit.

Merchandise, special or custom orders accepted by the customer are protected against manufactuers' defects only.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise by contacting us at nina@ninafarmerinteriors.com

Please make sure that you photograph the condition of the packing materials and boxes and the merchandise in the condition that you receive it.
